    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, manage the full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable, and handle monthly and annual closings. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Prepare and post transactions to the general ledger, perform account analysis, and conduct account reconciliation.
    • Prepare multiple accounts reconciliation.
    • Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to prepare customer packages, deposits application, credit memos and accounts reconciliation.
    • Assist with accounts payable tasks such as invoice verification, coding, and upload payments in the bank portal and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
    • Assist the Controller in month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries, account analysis, cash flow reports, fixed assets and other schedules.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Makes professional judgments concerning practical interpretations of GAAP and IFRS standards in unusual and/or straightforward cases and recommends actions when specific situations require difficult interpretation.
    • Develops recommendations that fit particular situations given that there may be a variety of solutions and effectively presents alternative solutions and/or critical findings to management.
    • Other job assignments, projects and duties assigned as necessary to enhance the finance department.

    Required Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration.

    Required Experience

    • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in Netsuite and MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
