About the Role:

Ranchers Choice Processing in Bellville, TX is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Sanitation team! This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping our facility clean, safe, and compliant — making you an essential part of our operation every single day.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of processing equipment, machinery, and facility areas

Follow sanitation schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain food safety compliance

Apply and handle cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents safely and correctly

Inspect and verify cleanliness of work areas before and after production shifts

Assist with breakdown and reassembly of equipment for deep cleaning

Maintain accurate sanitation logs and documentation as required

Work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements:

Prior sanitation or janitorial experience, preferably in a food processing or meat processing environment

Ability to work in cold, wet, and physically demanding conditions

Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation best practices is a plus

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety protocols

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic

Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts

Must be able to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed
