As our Sanitation Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader who ensures our plant and equipment stay spotless, safe, and ready for action. Responsibilities: • Lead the Clean Team – Guide, train, and inspire your sanitation crew to master the 8 Steps of Sanitation. • Safety First – Be the champion of chemical safety and proper handling practices. • Set the Standard – Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and prepped for QA Pre-Op inspection like a pro. • Crush the Goals – Hit targets for efficiency, chemical usage, labor productivity, and First Time Quality. • Innovate for Better – Look for new, smarter ways to keep our facility clean while maintaining top-notch standards. • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Maintenance, Production, and QA to design improvements and keep the plant audit-ready. • Coach for Growth – Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and build a strong, motivated team. Qualifications: • A natural leader who thrives on managing and inspiring diverse teams. • Hands-on experience with food sanitation systems (CIP, COP, 8 Steps, Pre-Op inspections). • Solid knowledge of food safety systems like HACCP, GMPs, USDA, FDA, and audit requirements. • Strong organizational, analytical, and people skills. • Comfort and knowledge around chemical safety and hazards. • A curious, problem-solving mindset with the drive to continuously improve. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
