As our Sanitation Supervisor, you’ll be the hands-on leader making sure our plant and equipment are spotless, safe, and always ready for action. You’ll be part coach, part problem-solver, and part food-safety hero—keeping standards high while guiding your team to success. Responsibilities: • Lead the Clean Team – Guide, train, and motivate your sanitation crew to consistently follow the 8 Steps of Sanitation. • Prioritize Safety – Promote safe chemical handling and champion best practices for a secure work environment. • Set the Bar High – Ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for QA Pre-Op inspections. • Achieve Results – Drive performance in efficiency, chemical usage, labor productivity, and First Time Quality. • Innovate and Improve – Identify opportunities to enhance sanitation processes and maintain exceptional standards. • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with Maintenance, Production, and QA teams to implement improvements and keep the facility audit-ready. • Develop Your Team – Evaluate performance, deliver meaningful feedback, and foster a culture of growth and accountability. Qualifications: • A confident, people-focused leader who excels at motivating and managing diverse teams. • Proven, hands-on experience with food sanitation processes, including CIP, COP, the 8 Steps of Sanitation, and Pre-Op inspections. • Strong understanding of food safety systems such as HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory standards from USDA and FDA. • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Well-versed in chemical safety protocols and hazard awareness. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
