Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Every night, our sanitation team plays a vital role in protecting food quality, supporting production, and keeping our facility operating at its best. In this role, you will: • Thoroughly clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality • Use professional-grade cleaning tools and follow detailed sanitation procedures—hands-on work that keeps our food safe and our operation running smoothly • Follow structured cleaning schedules with accuracy and consistency, both independently and alongside your teammates • Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure everything is spotless, safe, and ready for the next production run • Complete daily logs, checklists, and documentation that support food safety and regulatory compliance • Communicate clearly with supervisors and the Quality team to report sanitation concerns or equipment issues • Work in a cold, wet, fast-moving environment where teamwork matters and each night brings new challenges to solve together • Your attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the standards our customers trust. Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time • Willingness to get your hands dirty — this is physical, high-impact work that matters • Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs., and navigate a fast-paced production environment • Flexible schedule availability, especially for overnight or 3rd shift , when sanitation is in full swing • A team player who’s dependable, responsible, and focused on safety • Previous experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is great, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude • End times may vary based on production and sanitation needs, and employees may be required to work beyond the scheduled shift as necessary.
