Job Description
Beatrice Bakery is looking for a full-time Sanitation Technician to join us at our production facility in Beatrice, NE!
The Sanitation team is responsible for ensuring that our production facility meets and exceeds all regulatory sanitation requirements to produce high-quality food products that ship all around the world. You will work with a small team after production hours to clean and sanitize the plant and equipment, making everything ready for the following day. Tasks include: pan washing, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and other janitorial tasks. An ideal candidate will be reliable, willing to learn, a team player, and able to follow policies and procedures according to strict food and production safety guidelines.
Pay starts at $15.50 per hour, and a typical shift is 1:30PM to 10:00PM Monday - Friday, with some mandatory overtime during the busy season.

Additional Information
-Must have the ability to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend and lift required containers up to 50lbs
- Must have the physical ability to push/pull 2,000lbs on wheeled carts
-Must have visual/hearing ability sufficient to recognize or detect warning devices/signs
-Must have good hand-eye coordination and possess motor skills enabling mobility and quick reflexes, as well as dexterity in ceiling height areas
-Must be capable of movement throughout the plant
-Must be able to communicate clearly and distinctly
-Hearing protection must be worn at all times in the pan washing area
