Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Stick Welding experience required
• Steel erection experience of buildings, stairs, or catwalks strongly preferred.
• 3 or more years of management experience
• Reliable vehicle
• 95% travel typically, 40-60 hours per week. No Sundays.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Physical stamina to work in various positions and environments
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40-60 hours per week

• 8 -10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays as needed
