Sansom Staffing has partnered with a growing Motorcycle dealership in Eden Prairie and seeking an experienced Powersports Service Technician / Mechanic.

Job Summary:

In this role, your duties will include carrying out essential repairs on both customer-owned and company-owned motorcycles, ATVs, and SxS. You’ll also be expected to conduct test rides and maintain comprehensive records for repair orders.

Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Completing necessary or requested repairs to guests’ motorcycles
• Advising Service Writers on recommended repairs
• Executing mechanical inspections and checklists on all sales inventory
• Preparing damage or crash estimates
• Test Riding motorcycles
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Move motorcycles around the shop as needed
• Participate in Motorcycle Events/Activities

Requirements

• Must have own tools
• At least 3-5 years of dealership experience working on motorcycles and/or ATVs and SxS.
• Valid motorcycle endorsement (Candidates will be required to submit to a motor vehicle records check)
• Technician Certification from an accredited school such as MMI, UTI, WyoTech, etc.
• Enjoys working on bikes or ATV's
• Has strong attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
• May have some light travel
