    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner of a successful construction company. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.

    Salary $65 - $85k

    Hybrid - Chaska MN

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
    • person errands for the owner
    • Assist in keeping the owner on task and organized
    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing as needed
    • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
    • Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations
    • Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
    • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
    • Strong proofreading skills for accurate documentation
    • Prior executive assistant experience is required
