We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner of a successful construction company. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
Salary $65 - $85k
Hybrid - Chaska MN
Responsibilities:
- Manage the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- person errands for the owner
- Assist in keeping the owner on task and organized
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations
- Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills for accurate documentation
- Prior executive assistant experience is required
