Local agriculture company in Watsonville looking for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to process biweekly payroll for 200 seasonal employees (from March to October), and then for 100 employees during off season. The duties, responsibilities and requirements are listed below:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checking and auditing timekeeping records
• Entering new hires, terminations, posting changes in pay, tax status, and miscellaneous changes
• Processing bi-weekly payroll
• Reviewing payroll forms and reports for accuracy and making any necessary corrections
• Processing any necessary manual payroll checks
• Processing voluntary and involuntary employment related deductions
• Researching, analyzing and resolving payroll-related problems or questions
• Preparing and maintaining employee files including verifications, I9 status

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years' payroll experience
• Prior experience with ADP is desirable.
