Job Duties/Description:

*Greet customers in a timely, courteous fashion

*Providing exceptional customer experience to ALL customers

*Advisecustomer of all needed maintenance and repair items in accordance with dealerand manufacturer standards

*Ability to communicate the multi-point inspection results and makeappropriate/necessary recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability ofthe customer's vehicle.

*Communicate with fellow employees (parts personnel, technicians, etc.) toeffectively manage the service process and customer communication.

*Keeping up to date with all factory technical service bulletins and campaigns,and completing all necessary manufacturer training and all necessary safetytraining.

*Takeownership of the customer's experience by handling those additional assignmentsthat allow you to leave a positive impression with the customer.

*Abideby California Bureau of Automotive Repair service and repair standards.

Job requirements:

*3 yearsminimum experience as a Service Advisor/Writer

*ValidDriver’s License

*Mustpass background screening
