    RECESSION PROOF Are you a sharp, detailed, organized person who is great at solving difficult problems? Do you find yourself reading self-improvement books? Are you a team player with a positive attitude? We are looking for a special, motivated person who can start right away. We are requiring the candidate to have at least 2 years of real estate brokerage experience. We may be requiring the candidate to handle accounting, document filing, and some personal assistant tasks. We will also need help running our flipping, and brokerage businesses. You will be meeting the owner of the company at least once a week at his home office in Rancho Santa Fe, but otherwise, you will be mainly working from your home. We prefer the candidate to live in the San Diego area. Due to the high amount of interest and applications received we will only have enough time to view the best candidates who have turned in "ALL" of their required quizzes. This is to test your motivation and compatibility for us. We are also short staffed and won't have time to review all of the incomplete applications. Thanks for understanding! Responsibilities: • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork Qualifications: • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Weekend and evening availability Compensation: $18 - $30 hourly
