    We are looking for a special, motivated person who can start right away. Candidate must be good at operating under pressure. We are requiring the candidate to have at least 2 years of real estate experience. We may be requiring the candidate to handle accounting, document filing, and some personal assistant tasks. A big portion of this position will be organizing and implementing systems to help the company operate as efficiently as possible. We will also need help running our flipping, and brokerage businesses. Position will be partially remote, but you will be required to come into the office as needed so reliable transportation is required. Due to the high amount of interest and applications received we will only have enough time to view the best candidates who have turned in "ALL" of their required quizzes. Dentist appointments, etc. • Order home inspections • Coordinate real estate transactions • Coordinate home repairs • Prepare spending reports/accounting • Drive to properties to drop off lockboxes, signs, accessories Qualifications: • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Communicates well, both verbally and written Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000 per year DOE
