We purchase properties, remodel them, and then typically resell them for a profit. We are looking for a special, motivated person who can start right away. Candidate must be good at operating under pressure. We may be requiring the candidate to handle accounting, document filing, scheduling, payments, and some administrative and personal assistant tasks. A big portion of this position will be organizing and implementing systems to help the company operate as efficiently as possible. This is a Monday-Friday job with occasional work needed on some weekends. This position is partially remote and partially in the office. Responsibilities: • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Overseeing the company's bill paying process • Complete Personal tasks for the owner of the company. Dentist appointments, etc. • Order home inspections and repairs • Prepare spending reports/accounting Qualifications: • Must be great with computers • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Performs under pressure • Self motivated • Must be extremely detail-oriented and have a knack for organization Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 DOE
