    JOB SUMMARY: 

    The Latin America Sales Representative’s responsibilities include promoting and expanding the company's sales on an international level. The ideal candidate works extensively with new and existing customers in order to market Santoki’s products. The candidate plays a vital role in maintaining the financial gains of the company and extends its business to various parts of the world, particularly South American market sales and domestic US Latino markets. 

    This person makes sure that Santoki and LEGO licensed products are known to as many people as possible, establishing new sales and distribution networks across the territory.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Proactively acquires new customers through outbound calling initiatives (cold calling) 
    • Generate new business from leads from advertising and/or trade shows (warm calling) 
    • Maintain and support sales with upkeep of the opportunities database 
    • Expand distribution channels in Latin America by finding importers and retailers who are looking to add LEGO-licensed products into their portfolio 
    • Develops and grows relationships with key customers/stakeholders, acting on new information and monitoring customer satisfaction 
    • Effectively communicates, both written and orally, with customers when delivering sales presentations, product and marketing information, and all account updates 
    • Establishes, reviews, and reports market activity, market penetration, pricing, margins, selling approaches and itineraries to company leadership. 
    • Prepare requisite reporting (call reports, trip reports, expense reports, customer call documentation) as required or directed by leadership 
    • Plan and forecast sales activities to include quarterly updates and new product launches

     

     

    MINIMUM ATTRIBUTES: 

    • True, extensive B2B Sales experience in consumer products  
    • Willingness to aggressively seek out new opportunities in a mostly unexplored market 
    • Ability to form relationships with prospective customers and network effortlessly to establish long-lasting business partnerships 
    • Familiarity with US Latino, Central and South America markets 
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish 
    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree 
    • US citizenship or permanent residency required 
    • Must be able to work effectively with diverse cultures 
    • Familiarity with Central and South American cultures and sales relationships is a huge plus

     

    Salary starts at $50,000 annually plus commission
