Santoni, Vocci & Ortega, LLC, a law firm in Timonium, Maryland, is seeking a full-time receptionist/assistant. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, calendaring for attorneys, sorting mail, and communicating with clients. Offering competitive salary, health and retirement benefits, and parking.

Looking for a candidate with the following:

• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be a team player
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service skills preferred
• Experience using Needles or Neos helpful
• Experience using Microsoft Word
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus
