    We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Assist with listing preparation and marketing, including scheduling vendors and tracking all tasks • Familiarity with all aspects of the transaction process with the ability to maintain internal data and provide support to agents • Coordinate onboarding and managing team real estate agents • Administrative and office duties as assigned Qualifications: Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Previous experience in the real estate industry Great written and verbal skills Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Must be punctual, reliable, and a self-starter with ability to work without direct supervision • Possess a strong client service and problem-solving orientation • Ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to work well within a team environment • Social media skills a plus • Proficient in Google Suite/Google Drive, familiar and the ability to learn new software independently with tutorials and some coaching • Ability to work in the office several days per week and Zoom during remote days • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $20 - $35 hourly
