Since 2017 we've been offering luxury footwear through a DTC model, and now we're expanding to physical stores. You are: - A "good days person" - relentlessly positive, service-minded and always looking for ways to make someone's day better. - A confident communicator - you know customer service (like shoes) isn't one-size-fits-all. You make things fun and easy for our customers thereby creating a memorable brand experience. - Emotionally intelligent - you love getting to know people and connecting them with things that will make them feel beautiful and confident. - A naturally hard worker who makes things happen and doesn't always need managerial direction. What You'll Do - Act as a Sarah Flint Brand Liaison: a graceful host who always puts the guest first and ensures an exceptional visitor experience is delivered 100% of the time. - Engage with loyal customers IRL: form new customer relationships for the brand and seek opportunities to surprise and delight our customers. - Educate visitors on our product assortment, brand history and value proposition. - Work in back-of-house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized. - Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary. - Take part in store build-out and decommissioning and assist with on-going visual merchandising of the store and product. - Support the planning and execution of in-store special events. - Daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc. - Other duties as directed by the Pop-up Store Manager. About You - Retail or hospitality experience a plus, but not required - Shopify experience preferred, but not required - Willing to give and receive feedback on improving the store environment and customer service - A can-do attitude and the willingness to own every challenge and roll up your sleeves as needed - Self-starter who can work flexibly as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends What We Offer - A team that wants to exchange ideas, make an impact, and enjoys coming to work every day - Competitive hourly rates plus team sales bonus - Full-time and part-time opportunities available Sarah Flint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
