CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION: Join the Sarah Reitmeier American Family Insurance Agency team in Carmel, Indiana!

As a inside insurance sales representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: · Competitive hourly pay rate $17.00-20.00 depending on experience, plus commission and/or bonuses. Total anticipated compensation for full-time may be up to approximately $50,000. · Paid training · Paid Time Off/Paid Holiday

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Punctual, high-energy, coachable, organized, personable, charismatic, self-motivated & sales driven!
• Property and Casualty insurance licensing preferred
• Two years of inside sales experience preferred
• Effective communication skills – via phone, email, or in-person
• Experience with PC software applications Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc.
• Must be great at working independently and motivated for success!
