    Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven inside sales representative! We have a database of almost 100,000 potential customers and not enough people to work them. Looking for someone who is a quick converter, connects well with people and at heart, is a salesperson. The best part of this sales role is that it is completely virtual. You'll connect with the existing database in addition to prospecting for new business. Responsibilities: • Set 4 appointments for sales associates per week • Nurture and maintain the existing database with notes and setting up property matches • Follow-up with sales associates to ensure appointments were seen through • Improve and or create follow-up plans for smart-drip campaigns via CRM • Attend sales meetings virtually or in person • Prospect for new business using a dial system • Willingness to consistently improve skill set for converting leads Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills • Sales experience • Ability to close for the appointment • Must have a consistent internet speed, quiet work environment and dedicated computer • Quick learner and tech savvy • Must be able to pass a mock sales screening interview • Organization and time management skills • Willingness to spend the majority of working hours on the phone Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
