About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Saratoga Inn, a part of VIP Hospitality Group LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned hospitality company and showcase your culinary talents in a beautiful location.

Schedule: Our schedule is 6A - Noon, three to four days per week. More hours available if you are interested in front desk or housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious breakfast items for guests

Ensure food is prepared and presented following high-quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Service table-side to the guests

Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements: Proven experience as a breakfast cook or similar role

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A food handler’s license or certification is a plus
