    We are looking for a Technical Field Supervisor with excellent interpersonal communication skills to join our team. You'll be responsible for meeting deadlines, scheduling active jobs, and traveling to job sites to review ongoing and completed projects. You’ll also take the initiative on mentoring and training programs for your team of technicians. Responsibilities: As a team, the Field Supervisors are expected to complete the following job responsibilities: • Communicate with senior management, customers, and technicians • Schedule active jobs and service visits • Meet required deadlines • Handle issues and customer complaints with services • Order materials and dumpsters for job sites • Record job costs and income for company records • Review and oversee the work of installation teams • Conduct interviews and handle recruiting for labor positions • Oversee disciplinary actions and termination of team members as needed • Attend weekly meetings with members of the management team • Follow-up with customers regarding late payment collection • Travel to work sites to evaluate the progress and quality of projects • Manage company vehicles, equipment, and tools • Review necessary training materials and take online certifications • Pull permits and return extra material as needed Qualifications: • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Driver's license and clean driving record required • 3-5 years of experience as a technician in a related field is required. • Roofing experience (2 years minimum) • Communication skills • Ability to commute to Clinton Township office as well as active job sites within an hour's radius. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
