JOB TITLE: HADOOP DEVELOPER

LOCATION: PENNINGTON, NJ / JERSEY CITY, NJ /NEW YORK CITY, NY /RICHARDSON / PLANO / ADDISON, TX/ NEWARK, DE/JACKSONVILLE, FL / ATLANTA, GA/CHANDLER, AZ

DURATION: FULL-TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Hadoop and involved in developing scripts, solutions using the tools / Technologies in the Hadoop ecosystem
• Resource would be working on creating automated process as part of the resiliency program
• Sound understanding and experience with Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera). Knowledge on CDP would be a plus
• Able to understand and explore the constantly evolving tools within Hadoop ecosystem and apply them appropriately to the relevant problems at hand.
• Experience in Spark, Map Reduce, Hive, impala, Linux/Unix technologies.
• Understanding of data structures, performance optimization techniques and software development in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
