We are looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee all aspects of case management. We are a growing law firm looking to add the right pieces to our team. Experience in drafting documents and managing case files is a big plus. We are willing to train the right candidate!

    LEGAL ASSISTANT/CASE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist attorney with all aspects of case management.

    • Keeping cases organized.

    • Direct communication with clients from the beginning of their case to the end, including providing case status updates.

    • Communicate with insurance companies to open client claims, determine liability, and provide claim status updates.

    • Schedule and coordinate with clients and medical providers regarding clients’ medical treatment.

    • Draft demand letters and legal documents to insurance companies with guidance and supervision from attorneys.

    • Direct negotiations with insurance companies regarding the value of your client’s case.
