CROWDFUNDING LAUNCH CAMPAIGN MANAGER: DIGITAL MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND ONLINE SALES FOR A START-UP.
BUSINESS OVERVIEW: Satisfill Foods was formed in 2017. As the founder, I have been a marketing consultant in the natural foods industry for nearly 30 years, specializing in food product development. For the past four years, we have been developing a revolutionary diet concept called -- Appetite Fulfillment -- and a revolutionary diet food called the -- Satisfill Bar. Once the diet bar was completed, we developed a comprehensive diet plan -- Satisfill Diet -- then a comprehensive exercise plan -- Satisfill Exercise. Finally, we developed a lifestyle plan -- Satisfill Lifestyle -- and put everything into an 85-page book entitled -- Satisfill Total Lifestyle Diet.
DIGITAL MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA: The Satisfill Bar and the Satisfill Total Lifestyle Diet will be marketed and distributed exclusively online, through our website, selling directly to customers. Digital Marketing will be our primary strategy, and our primary communication medium will be video, including our own YouTube Channel. Social Media will be a major component of our strategy, utilizing four primary platforms -- Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
CROWDFUNDING LAUNCH CAMPAIGN: We are planning to use the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo for the dual purpose of raising additional working capital and as our primary marketing strategy to launch the Satisfill product. Our tentative campaign launch date is set for -- TUESDAY, MAY 3, 2022 AT 5:00 AM PST, WITH A 45 DAY DURATION.
BUILDING LARGE PRE-LAUNCH EMAIL LIST FOR CAMPAIGN: Prior to launching the campaign and critical to the success of the campaign, will be the building of a large Email List. This list will be comprised of potential crowdfunding backers -- Our Community -- that have a similar profile as our target audience, thus insuring that we will have a high conversion rate in converting Email subscribers into crowdfunding backers. Our Email List Goal and Timeline is as follows -- GOAL: 40,000 SUBSCRIBERS AT A 5% CONVERSION RATE = 2,000 POTENTIAL BACKERS. TIMELINE: 3 MONTHS -- FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL 2022.
Primary Sources for building Email List: Targeting Social Media Groups and Online Forums (FREE) -- Digital Advertising Using Facebook Ads (PAID) -- Email Marketing to Nurture Our Community.
KEY QUALIFICATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: First and foremost, the successful candidate must show that they have the knowledge, expertise, and experience in these key areas --
WORKING REMOTELY AND POSSIBLY RELOCATING --
PHASE 1: 4 MONTHS (FEBRUARY -- MAY 2022) -- During this initial phase of building the Email List and helping with the campaign, the candidate may work remotely.
PHASE 2: JUNE 1, 2022 AND BEYOND -- During this phase, if the candidate doesn't already live in the SF Bay Area, they will need to relocate, so they can work in the Berkeley office on a daily basis.
START DATE: FEBRUARY 1, 2022
COMPENSATION: THE STARTING SALARY WILL BE IN THE RANGE OF $5,000 PER MONTH. In exchange for the reduced starting salary, we will provide full compensation, and some benefits, by the second year, INCLUDING EQUITY IN THE BUSINESS AND PROFIT SHARING.
