    A Saturday Properties Leasing Agent is responsible for creating a “make it easy” leasing experience for current and future residents. You must be driven to meet and exceed the site’s sales goals and be actively involved in the decisions that affect net apartment rental income (NARI).

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Meet or exceed budgeted occupancy:

    • Diligently respond to leads, positively promote the property and amenities, and effectively convert them to tours
      • Work collaboratively with Marketing team to ensure we have the volume of quality leads needed to hit sales goals
      • Review pictures and content on ad sources frequently
      • Update pricing on ad sources daily
    • Effectively convert tours to leases
      • Work collaboratively with site maintenance team to ensure vacant units, models, and designated show apartments are in touring condition daily.
      • Work collaboratively with site staff to create a welcoming and engaging Saturday Experience
    • Facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to resident

    Meet or exceed budgeted NARI:

    • Coordinate and lead the resident renewal process
    • Help host open houses and other resident events to ensure an extraordinary resident experience
    • Record and report accurate and timely traffic and sales
    • Conduct market surveys and report monthly
    • Attend site L10s

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant experience
    • 1-3 years experience in hospitality, customer service or other service industry role
    • Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities and talent
    • Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, excel, calendar management, software/database

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Basic Fair Housing understanding
