Responsibilities

• Graduate from our premier agent training course - PLACE Agent Launch
• Work alongside Buyer’s Agents to guide their clients to their new home
• Gather detailed information to refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly team meetings, activities, and script practice
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, time-blocking, training, and calls
• Utilize PLACE business platform technology to leverage your time and maintain accountability
