We are seeking a full-time Sauna Studio Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and keep our studio running at its highest standards.
SAUNA STUDIO MANAGER: PAY & PERKS This fulltime salary position offers $21-25 per hour.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS SAUNA STUDIO MANAGER JOB? This full-time position will require flexibility Monday-Saturday. You will also be required to work night shifts depending on studio needs. As a Sauna Studio Manager, you will take charge of ensuring the studio opens and closes properly and that all standards are met. You will hire, train, and schedule employees using ADP while keeping the team motivated to meet their sales goals. You will manage all social media marketing and create promotions through our software to keep members engaged. Your role will also include checking daily studio totals, overseeing all membership sales, and maintaining membership accounts. You will actively build relationships in the community to create business partnerships. When needed, you will handle basic repairs or schedule maintenance work orders to keep the studio in top condition.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit! ● 2+ years of prior management experience
● Proficiency with social media and Canva ● Strong leadership skills with a high-energy personality ● Excellent communication and customer engagement skills ● Ability to manage employee schedules using ADP ● Skilled in checking daily studio totals, tracking sales, and maintaining memberships ● Capability of performing basic sauna repairs and coordinating maintenance when needed
