Job Title: Office Manager/Director – Home Care Agency

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead our home care agency. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage a team of administrative and caregiving staff, and drive the strategic growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all agency operations, including client care, staffing, compliance, and quality assurance.

Develop, implement, and monitor agency policies and procedures.

Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements and home care regulations.

Manage budgets, payroll, and financial performance.

Recruit, train, and supervise office and field staff.

Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to grow client base.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services.

In-depth knowledge of state and federal home care regulations.

Strong organizational, financial management, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with availability for urgent needs.
