    JOB DUTIES:

    • Manage multiple calendar schedules and meeting arrangements
    • Support management team as an assistant as well as light bookkeeping
    • Stay on top of ever-changing priorities and projects
    • Handle telephone calls, messages and over the phone payments as needed
    • Prepare and process correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations
    • Arrange travel for the management team
    • Keep track of all expenses and accounting for meetings and travel
    • Draft letters and personal correspondence
    • Process mail and other communications including scanning and filing
    • Ensure tasks and touch points are followed up on until completed
    • Light bookkeeping duties 
    • Special projects as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar professional environment assisting senior level executives
    • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
    • Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must possess superior organizational skills
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Problem-solving and active listening
    • Ethical behavior dealing with sensitive information
    • Own assignments from start to finish
    • Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook
    • Experience in healthcare industry preferred 
    • EXPERIENCE IN USING QUICKBOOKS REQUIRED
