Save A Cup (saveacup.com) is an ecommerce wholesale supplier of premium drinkware products to crafters and hobbyists.
We’re seeking a representative who cares deeply about delighting customers and thrives when dealing with challenging customer interactions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: This is a customer-facing role. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound communications helping answer customer questions, resolving issues, and/or providing proactive support via chat, phone calls, and Facebook messages.

WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING: This role has the flexibility to work remotely, with scheduled days in our Santa Fe Springs office.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH: This role reports to the Head of eCommerce. You’ll work closely with customers, operations, marketing, and fellow customer service representatives.
HOURS: 40 hours per week. Hours can range between 7:30AM - 4:30PM M-F.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: A successful candidate will have fantastic communication skills and a communication style that is friendly, clear, but concise (especially written communication).
You must be comfortable navigating different technology platforms.
Bonus (not required) if you have experience in crafting and/or personalizing items like tumblers.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Full-time. $17/hr. PTO. Medical.
