    Job Overview:

    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Internal Office Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely management of our financial records across multiple entities within the same office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong foundation in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reconciliation processes.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities within the same office, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Conduct thorough bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements.

    Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of all accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

    Analyze financial information and summaries for managerial decision-making.

    Coordinate and prepare internal financial statements and reports, highlighting variances and identifying trends.

    Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning as required.

    Collaborate with internal departments to support financial audits, provide financial information, and ensure the integrity of financial data.

    Implement and maintain internal control procedures to manage office expenses, revenues, and assets.

    Stay updated with accounting policies, industry trends, and tax regulations affecting the company.

    Utilize accounting software and systems for efficient financial management and reporting.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    1-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably with exposure to managing accounts for multiple entities.

    Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.

    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
