About the role The Accounts Coordinator at Savory plays a key role in facilitating smooth operations for our Accounts team. Our ideal candidate will address customer needs with a heavy focus on inbound calls and prospective client outreach. This person will manage accounts to drive sales by growing client relationships and providing high-quality service for favorable resolutions. Additional responsibilities include building customer relationships by drafting proposals, responding to customer inquiries, and organizing arrangements related to corporate catering and events.
This role is a key addition to our growing team. Here are some examples of the primary responsibilities of our Accounts Coordinator:
Payment management
Processing credit card payments
Troubleshooting payment issues
Customer service and account setup support
Account operations support
Taking phone messages when the team is unavailable
Completing daily and weekly reporting in finance, staffing, operations, etc.
Managing the accounts team calendar
Ownership of Flex software including but not limited to: placing internal BEOs, troubleshooting any issues with the Flex support team, adjusting bulk applications on managed client BEOs, collaborating with Finance team to update invoices with client information.
Drive 3rd party ordering of Kosher and Halal meals
Facilitate all necessary communication between departments for custom order requests
Prepare necessary materials for offsite client visits and onsite meetings
Client outreach and business development
Maintain and continue to build out internal documents and client ‘cheat sheets’
Manage client appreciation: gift bags, thank you notes, personalized letters etc.
Collaborate with Accounts Managers and Director to brainstorm creative approaches to win new business and grow existing accounts
Conduct prospective client outreach under the supervision of Accounts team leadership, exemplifying Savory’s hospitality standards
Other duties as assigned to support the Accounts team
