Position Overview:

Afternoon Cleaner 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No Holidays or Weekends.

As an Entry-Level Cleaning Technician, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated cleaning team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional cleaning services while upholding our values of integrity, excellence, and compassion. As a Cleaning Technician here at Savvy Cleaning, your primary responsibility is to ensure that residential homes are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new occupants. You will be tasked with thoroughly cleaning appliances, ovens, bathrooms, light and cooling fixtures, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and sanitizing various areas within the property, paying particular attention to details and addressing specific move-out cleaning requirements. This role requires great agility, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Maintenance: * Perform cleaning tasks according to established guidelines and procedures. * Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
2. Attention to Detail: * Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned work areas. * Pay meticulous attention to detail to achieve exceptional cleaning results.
3. Collaborative Teamwork: * Work with fellow team members to accomplish cleaning objectives and maintain a positive work environment. * Communicate effectively and proactively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding service delivery.
4. Customer Service: * Interact with clients courteously and professionally, representing the values and ethos of Savvy Cleaning Company. * Address customer inquiries and concerns with a client-centric approach and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
5. Adherence to Safety and Regulations: * Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. * Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to maintain compliance and uphold high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
• Passion for cleanliness and maintaining orderly spaces.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Have an Insured Vehicle.
• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Be able to pass a drug test.
