    Job Summary:

    As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our commercial clients' facilities while providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing various cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and building strong client relationship

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cleaning and Sanitization:

    • Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting, to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
    • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, and other communal spaces.
    • Empty waste receptacles and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables.
    • Pay close attention to high-touch surfaces for effective disinfection.

    Client Focus:

    • Prioritize client satisfaction by delivering exceptional cleaning services and addressing client-specific needs.
    • Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients, promptly responding to inquiries and concerns.
    • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their unique requirements and preferences.

    Floor and Carpet Care:

    • Care for various types of flooring, including hardwood, tile, and carpet.
    • Operate floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers and carpet cleaners, safely and efficiently.
    • Perform floor stripping, waxing, and polishing as needed.

    Supply Management:

    • Monitor cleaning supplies, restroom essentials, and kitchen items, and ensure timely restocking.
    • Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning materials and promptly request replenishments.

    Safety and Compliance:

    • Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
    • Comply with company policies and procedures related to cleaning, safety, and security.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Report any maintenance or repair issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the supervisor or manager.
    • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, client feedback, and service completion.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate effectively with cleaning team members, supervisors, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Participate in team meetings and share client feedback and insights.

    Qualifications :

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in office cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field. (Required)
    • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures.
    • Physical fitness to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
    • Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
    • Experience with customer relationship management software's (hubspot, zoho) is a plus
