KSR Foam and Technical Products LLC is seeking a Material Expeditor / Saw Operator to join our growing team in Garden Grove, CA.

In this hands-on role, you will manage the flow of materials to production and operate a large saw safely and efficiently. You will also serve as a key point of contact between the production and planning teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Pay

Starting rate: Based on experience

Additional Compensation:

Shipping bonus eligible

Potential for 2nd shift assignments

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Additional: Saturdays and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Operate the large saw safely and efficiently

Yield material and minimize waste

Maintain accurate production and inventory records

Review and distribute materials to production in a timely manner

Communicate inventory levels and production status to management

Coordinate with other departments to track progress and completion dates

Prioritize tasks and help maintain smooth workflow

Qualifications

Experience operating a large saw is required

Construction, production, planning, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Strong math and measurement skills, including ability to use a tape measure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

Strong project management and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety at all times

Able to work in a fast paced environment and to stay organized.

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking for long periods

Frequent use of hands and fingers

Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 100 lbs independently

Exposure to moving machinery, noise, dust, and debris
