Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, personable, self-motivated, driven and friendly sales representative for our saw shop. Experience preferred, but not required. We will train you! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, ability to professionally answer calls and take notes, ability to make calls and build trusting relationships with businesses, ability to write up a daily report, and must be able to email and communicate effectively with management. Commission for new customer sales will be provided on a recurring basis, on top of base pay. You will be working in a smaller sized saw shop, with potential to work partially remote in the future. We are NOT a large company and you are NOT just a number in our company. You will communicate with the business owner, and have access to help and resources when you need them. Must be willing to: - Interact on the phone in a professional, friendly manner - Make cold calls to sell saw blades to companies that are already using them. This is NOT telemarketing! - Answer incoming calls and answer questions/make application recommendations (you will be FULLY trained!) - Build strong, trusting relationships with customers - Follow up with customers - Write a daily calls/sales report - Email and communicate in a timely manner - both with customers and management Benefits of working for our company: - We are a small, family-owned company that is rapidly growing. You will earn a base pay, and an additional 5-10% commission that is recurring for new customer sales. YOU control your income beyond the base pay we provide.
