JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday (weekends as needed based on business need)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate hand tools as required AND Assemble, lift, pick and pack products
• Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities
• Follow defined clean-up times
• Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies
• Must follow and work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and Standardized
• Participate in defining and improving standard work to improve quality windows for Customers
• Identify problems; communicate issues
• Assist with training co-workers
• Support a respectful workplace
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on an aluminum or straight Saw
• Proven knowledge of Quality Awareness, attention to details & no defect forward
• Ability to read tape measure including fractions
• Ability to Convert the fractions to decimal and percent equivalents
• Proven knowledge of cycle time
• Proficient & fast on computer…open file, batch schedule, keyboard
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50lbs 8 to 10 hours a day
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach and stand 8 to 10 hours a day
• Ability to read/write in English and basic math skills
