Sawtooth Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic, flexible, enthusiastic team player to become one newest Front Office Coordinator!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The primary responsibility of the Front Office Coordinator is to assure an exceptional patient experience! Specific duties include scheduling patients, managing incoming calls and referrals, scanning and organizing documents, and supporting our Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. The Front Office Coordinator works closely with a variety of individuals on our staff, as well as physician offices and insurance companies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
BENEFITS
