As a Sign Installer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our artistic vision to life by installing and maintaining signage throughout the Hailey area. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with our creative team. Responsibilities: Installation of Artistic Signage: • Safely and efficiently install a variety of artistic signs in designated locations, following provided specifications. • Ensure proper alignment, levelness, and secure mounting of all signs to meet aesthetic and safety standards. Maintenance and Repairs: • Conduct regular inspections of installed signage to identify any wear, damage, or maintenance needs. • Perform repairs or replacements as necessary, ensuring the longevity and integrity of the installations. Collaboration: • Work closely with the creative team to understand the artistic vision and technical requirements of each signage project. • Provide feedback on feasibility and practicality during the planning stages. Qualifications: • Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Good physical condition and agility, as the role involves climbing, lifting, and outdoor work. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
