    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Foreman to join our team and lead our fencing projects from inception to completion. As a Fence Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of various fencing structures, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of fencing materials and construction techniques. Responsibilities: Project Management: • Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of fencing projects, from initial assessment to final completion. • Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Team Leadership: • Lead and motivate a team of fencing technicians and laborers. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow. • Provide training and guidance to team members on proper fencing techniques and safety protocols. Quality Assurance: • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of fencing installations. • Address and resolve any issues or deficiencies promptly. • Uphold industry standards and company specifications in all projects. Material and Equipment Management: • Order, track, and manage the inventory of fencing materials and tools. • Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition. • Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials in a timely and cost-effective manner. Safety Compliance: • Enforce and promote a culture of safety on job sites. • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for team members. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Fence Foreman or similar role in the fencing industry. • Strong knowledge of various fencing materials, construction methods, and industry best practices. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. • Proficient in project management software and basic computer skills. • Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Compensation: $57,000
