Position Overview:
The Say Yes Intern will support program operations and departmental initiatives within the Scholarship, Communications, or Human Resources departments. This internship provides hands-on, real-world experience in a mission-driven organization and is designed to help students earn college credit while building transferable professional skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day operations and projects within the assigned department
• Assist with departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor
• Collaborate with Say Yes staff to support program goals and deliverables
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and reliability throughout the internship
• Contribute positively to team culture while upholding Say Yes values
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Commitment to the position for the full duration of the internship
• Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative
• Solution-focused mindset and willingness to learn
