    Operate a material transport vehicle to safely transport materials to and from designated locations. Utilize knowledge of commercial driving regulations and local roads to ensure efficient and timely transportation. Maintain accurate records and perform routine maintenance of the vehicle and associated logs. A valid Class A CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements and a clean driving record are required. Must comply with all Federal Motor Carrier's drug testing regulations.

    • Comply with all applicable DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations and policies. Ensure transportation activities align with industry best practices and safety standards. Implement and follow safe operating procedures to minimize work-related accidents. Report all safety incidents promptly.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach. Continuously seek opportunities to improve product delivery, reduce costs, and respond promptly to customer needs. Foster positive professional relationships both internally and externally. Serve as a role model for company values.
    • Responsible for transporting materials using a tractor-trailer to designated locations. Apply knowledge of commercial driving regulations and local roads to ensure safe and efficient transportation. Maintain accurate records and perform regular maintenance on the vehicle and associated logs. Strive for consistent and thorough adherence to standard operating procedures to enhance day-to-day operations.
    • Create and implement a Personal Development Plan (PDS) to enhance skills and performance. Use the PDS as a tool to drive optimal performance and track progress. Support and promote the company culture within the organization.
    • Utilize the CDS system to identify training needs and develop curriculum, programs, and content for career advancement opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to managers regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.
    • Adhere to logistics and transportation policies and procedures. Monitor tracking tools to ensure compliance with agreed-upon policies and procedures.
    • Perform job responsibilities in a responsible manner and in compliance with company procedures and applicable rules and regulations, including DOT regulations.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships. Set a positive example and consistently demonstrate alignment with company values.     MUST

    • Demonstrate willingness and ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

    • Be at least 21 years of age.
    • Show the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Exhibit a self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Have a clean driving record.
    • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

    PREFERRED

    • 1 year of experience in Aging Warehouse Operations.

    Current mileage rate of $.8558 per mile for all hauls over 11 hours. Any hauls less than 11 hours will be paid at the hourly day rate.

    You should be proficient in:

    • Possessing a valid CDL license.
    • Handling hazardous materials.
