Job Description

_ What you're responsible for:_

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
• Accurately recording vehicle weights and related data in the centralized system.
• Calculating costs for drivers based on vehicle weight and ensuring accurate billing.
• Operating and maintaining scale operations, including weighing trucks and updating reports.
• Handling cashier duties a few days per week, including processing cash transactions securely.
• Utilize computer skills for data entry, reporting, and communication (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, etc.).

Qualifications

• You have previous general office experience; cashier experience is a plus.
• You have strong reading, writing, and basic math skills with attention to detail.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable entering information accurately.
• You are reliable and punctual
• You can stand, walk, and work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You are team-oriented yet capable of working independently; safety-focused at all times.
  (High school diploma or GED required; experience in transportation, trucking, or industrial yard environments and radio communication is a plus.)
