Founded in August 2019, Scalero is building a web application to help companies manage their email marketing workflow. We have been operating as a consultancy to help fund the business, and now we will be adding a SaaS product. The Head of Client Solutions will have to balance managing consulting work while selling and onboarding customers to Scalero.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pitch and sell Scalero and Scalero app to potential customers
- Onboard new customers into the app
- Oversee services clients and convert them into application customers
- Be available on-demand for client needs
- Create automated campaigns for clients and build email marketing calendars for clients
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on potential and onboarded customers
- Give feedback and specifications to help develop the application
- As company grows, build out and manage the client solutions team
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience in email marketing and/or CRM
- Solid handle on HTML/CSS
- Flexibility to work in different platforms (ESPs/CRMs/CDPs)
- Excitement about building a company from the ground up
- Excellent communication and language skills, as well as analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer success experience a plus but not a requirement
- Sales experience a plus but not a requirement
