SCANLON LEXUS HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR FULL TIME / PART TIME SALES RECEPTIONIST

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, ABILITY TO MULTITASK, AND ENJOY WORKING IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

THIS POSITION WILL CONSIST OF VARIOUS SHIFTS MONDAY - FRIDAY AND SOME SATURDAYS AND WEEKNIGHTS AS NEEDED.

RECEPTIONIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ANSWER MULTI LINE PHONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DIRECT CALL TO THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENTS GREET AND WELCOME GUESTS UPON ARRIVAL AND DIRECT THEM TO THE APPROPRIATE PARTY MAINTAIN / TRACK KEYS AND LICENSE PLATES PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, DRUG FREE AND MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
