About the Role

Lead the Pack at Scenthound! As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do

Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales and service team

Build relationships with dog parents and engage the local community to increase brand awareness

Ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs and customers

Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for sales

Someone who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and connect with customers

A commitment to dog safety and wellness

Retail or membership-based sales experience is a plus

Professional Animal Handling Experience preferred
