ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Front Desk Associate is a key position at Scenthound, focused on providing exceptional service to every customer, both dog and human!

Scenthound is a membership-based dog grooming business. Our mission is to help dog parents maintain clean, healthy dogs.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented team member who has a passion for customer service, sales, and an abundant LOVE for dogs!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Customer service “rockstar” looking to creating an amazing customer experience

Strong sales experience preferred but not required

Proficient computer skills (Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail)

Reliable transportation

Willing to work in a smoke-free environment

Saturdays are required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great experience for customers and their dogs

Handling dogs as they enter and leave the Scenter

Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, greet customers and their dogs

Responsible for driving membership sales through health and wellness education

COMPENSATION

Starting pay: $15/hour plus tip share (averaging over $3-4/hour!)
