    Job Summary:
    We're seeking a highly creative and innovative content creator to join our team at Scentiment as a Social Media Video Producer, you will be responsible for brainstorming, developing, shooting, and editing viral video content for our social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, Snapchat, TikTok, and more. Your goal will be to create engaging, out-of-the-box content that aligns with our brand while also following the latest social media trends to drive viewership and website traffic.

    Responsibilities

    • Brainstorm and develop innovative video content ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand.
    • Create high-quality, visually appealing videos that are optimized for social media platforms.
    • Shoot and edit videos using professional equipment and editing software.
    • Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate video content with overall marketing strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adjust content accordingly.
    • Analyze video performance using analytics tools and adjust content to optimize engagement.
    • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistency and brand cohesiveness.

    Understanding and Developing Viral Trends:

    • Keep a finger on the pulse of social media trends, identifying and analyzing popular formats, hashtags, and challenges.
    • Develop a deep understanding of what makes content go viral and apply this knowledge to create innovative, engaging, and shareable videos.
    • Copy and adapt viral trends to fit our brand's unique voice and style, ensuring we stay relevant and fresh in the ever-changing social media landscape.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in video content creation for social media.
    • Portfolio showcasing your creative and innovative video content.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
    • Experience with professional camera equipment and lighting.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective video formats.
    • Excellent storytelling and narrative skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field.

    Nice to Have:
