Our Parts Specialist is responsible for maintaining the organizational system of our appliance parts department:
Responsibilities
Order requested parts from daily reports and technician requests.
Receiving and sorting of appliance parts.
Maintain a stock of “Frequently Requested” parts.
Keep accurate inventory of all parts.
Exchange or return defective parts back to the manufacturer or distributor.
Contact vendors if parts are missing from orders received.
Pull parts for next day’s service calls.
Restock front counter parts.
Answer incoming calls.
Qualifications
High school equivalency or higher
1-3 years of customer service experience
Lift up to 20-30lbs
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
